If you are having troubles with downloading your purchase, please contact technical support (https://knew-u-ministries.com) with your order number, this website URL, date of purchase, and the specific issue you are facing.

Instructions on downloading digital products

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email from https://knew-u-ministries.com. This email will include a download link. Download the file to a desktop computer (not an iPad or smartphone). After unzipping the file, you can then transfer it to any tablet/smartphone.

The download link expires five days after the purchase date.
